Output of opt electronics industry to rise by over 10 percent from the previous year

Optoelectronic Industry and Technology development Association announced on Monday that production of opt electronics industry including displays and information-and-telecommunications equipment increase by over 10 percent from the previous fiscal year in fiscal 2004 and 2005. It is expected that parts and equipments of optical communication change to increase from fiscal 2003 and digital consumer electronics keeps firmer tone, and it for optical LAN and FTTH increases.
