Fuji Technica and Mitsui Establishes Joint Venture in Shandong Province, China

Fuji Technica Inc., whose head office is located in Shizuoka Prefecture, Central Japan, and president is Mr. Yamamura, announced on May 27 2005 that it would establish the firm specializing in the manufacture and sales of the die and pressed part for car as fifty-fifty joint venture with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in Yantai, Shangdong Province, China, in early June 2005. They aim at supply to Shanghai GM Dong Yue Motors Co., Ltd., Yantai, and plan to start operation next fall.
