Nikko Materials to Start Mass Production of New 2-Layered Flexible CCL in a Year

Nikko Materials will start mass production of new product of two layered flexible copper clad laminate in the first half of fiscal 2006 starting April 2006. The firm expands GNF plant in Hitachi, Ibaraki to establish 100,000 square maters of the monthly output capacity. The firm is testing to produce at 15,000 square meters per month. The firm tries to commercialize the product earlier to meet increasing demand under growing market for liquid crystal.
