Fujikura Electronics Shanghai Increases Surface Mounting Line of Flexible Printed Circuits

Fujikura Electronics Shanghai Ltd. (FESL), the consolidated subsidiary of Fujikura Ltd., which is located around Shanghai, China, will increase surface mounting line of Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC) to 34-36 units from current 29 units. The firm will introduce chip mounter and reflow furnace, etc. in the process soldering electronic parts such as integrated circuit chip onto the surface of FPC because there are a lot of inquiries of mounting FPC for cellular phones and portable music players.
