CIEF Coatings Industry Honor and Remembrance Fund

In mid-1992 the Coatings Industry Education Foundation(CIEF)announced the establishment of the Coatings Industry Honor and Remembrance Fund.The concept of an Honor and Remembrance Fund was first suggested by 1993 FSCT President Colin Penny,who thought that many of us would like to honor friends,spouses,respected colleagues,and employees in a public and substantive way.Colin also felt that by establishing a fund dedicated specifically to honoring and remembering such special people,the CIEF was creating a meaningful and lasting tribute to them.
