Emerald Specialties Expands Pilot Capabilities in Cincinnati

Emerald Specialties Group, a business group of Emerald Performance Materials, has expanded the R&D/pilot plant capabilities at its facility in Cincinnati, OH. The expansion is intended to produce an increased range of products, focused at first on the recently developed LUCIDA COLORS? line. This line of self-dispersed pigment dispersions in CMYK colors has a patent pending for inkjet applications. The expanded capacity will further develop this line for inkjet and print, as well as for specialty colors. The current expansion is part of the company's strategy to enhance its range of products that can provide differentiated performance in end-use application.
