Gordon P. Bierwaqen Named Winner of Roy W. Tess Award in Coatings

Dr. Gordon P. Bierwagen, of the Department of Coatings and Polymeric Materials at North Dakota State Univer- sity (NDSU), will receive the Roy W. Tess Award in Coatings for 2013. The announcement was made by the Officers and the Award Committee of the American Chemical Society's Division of Polymeric Materials: Science and Engineering (PMSE). The Tess Award is presented annually by PMSE in recognition of outstanding contributions to coatings science, engineering, and technology. It is funded by a grant from Dr. and Mrs. Roy W. Tess.
