Chromaflo Technologies and integrated tinting specialist CPS Color will combine to serve customers in architectural and industrial coatings as well as the thermoset plastics markets. The combined companies will operate under the name of Chromaflo Technologies and will be headquartered in Ashtabula, OH. The former CPS Color Equipment Business Unit will become a stand-alone company under the brand name COROB.
