Allnex Acquires Desmolux~R from Bayer MaterialScience

Allnex has completed its acquisition of Bayer MaterialScience's Desmolux~R product range. The initial agreement for the sale was signed by the two companies in July 2013. Intended to complement Allnex's UV/EB products, the Desmolux line includes urethane acrylate, dual cure resin, and polyester/polyether acrylate technologies. Allnex expects the new chemistries to enhance its current product offerings, as well as allow the company to address future customer needs, increase its presence in new applications, and develop new markets for Radcure.
