California Governor Enacts ACA-Supported AB 425, Antifouling Paint Registration and Mitigation

On October 5, California Governor Jen Brown signed into law California AB 425, Antifouling Paint Registration and Mitigation. The legislation, which was supported by the American Coatings Association (ACA), was passed by the California Assembly on September 6 with a unanimous vote of 73-0 to concur with a minor amendment taken in the Senate (to add a co-author).
