Nippon Paint (USA) Inc. (NP-USA), a subsidiary of Nippon Paint Co., Ltd. of Osaka, Japan, has signed an agreement with Protech Chemicals Ltd. to sell its powder coating business. The business, Seibert Powder Coatings, is a division of NPA Coatings Inc. (NPAC), which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of NP-USA that is located in Cleveland, OH. Terms of the asset sale were not disclosed.
