The National Paint and Coatings Association (NPCA),Washington,D.C.,announced a discounted insurance policy for NPCA member companies that participate in the Coatings Care? program and have established an operational level conformance.The insurance plan is being offered due to the program receiving a favorable independent review by specialists in loss control,as well as support provided by certain NPCA committees.
