Cytec Industries,West Paterson,NJ,has completed the previously announced acquisition of UCB's Surface Specialties business.In conjunction with this transaction,Cytec will divest Surface Specialties' amino resins product line during 2005.In the wake of the acquisition,Cytec has redesigned their organizational structure.
