Elementis Acquires Sasol Servo

Sasol and UK-listed Elementis,Staines,UK,have entered into an agreement whereby Sasol will sell its shareholder interest in Sasol Servo to Elementis for Euro 48.5 million in cash.Sasol Servo is a specialty chemicals manufacturer based in the Netherlands and has an annual turnover of approximately Euro 120 million.Sasol Servo consists of four divisions:coating additives,oilfield chemicals,chemicals and specialty surfactants,and paper and pulp chemicals.
