Complete the registration form provided in this brochure to receive advance registration prices to attend ICE.Discounted advance registration prices are available through September 30.After September 30,the on-site prices will become effective.All registrants will receive a confirmation statement of the registration processed.U.S.registrants (including spouses)who register prior to September 30 will be mailed their badges in advance of ICE;those who register after September 30 may pick up their badges at ICE Registration in Chicago.All international attendees will be able to obtain their badge at ICE Registration in Chicago.
