BASF Opens Dispersions Plant in Durban, South Africa

BASF recently opened its first production plant for dispersions in South Africa. The new production facility is located at Umbogintwini Industrial Complex in Durban. According to the company, South Africa is the largest market for dispersions in Sub-Saharan Africa. Through the new plant, BASF expects to supply acrylic dispersions to its customers in the South African and Sub-Saharan African coatings and construction industries.
