ACA Staff Testifies at DTSC Workshop on Draft California Green Chemistry Regulations

The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) held a workshop on December 5 in Sacramento on the latest draft of the California Safer Consumer Products Regulations to implement the state's Green Chemistry initiative. The purpose of the workshop was to provide stakeholders with the opportunity to comment publicly on the regulations, and ACA was in attendance along with some 100 stakeholders from industry, environmental organizations, and the general public. ACA staff provided oral testimony on areas of concern specific to the paint industry.
