Emerald Kalama Chemical Opens Operation for Phthalate-Free Plasticizers in Rotterdam

Emerald Kalama Chemical recently celebrated the opening of its new K-FLEX~R phthalate-free plasticizer operation in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. This is the company's first major investment in expanding the range of products at Rotterdam since acquiring the facility from DSM in 2010. The K-FLEX products, which received full REACH registration in August, had previously been manufactured at the company's facility in Kalama, WA for more than 40 years.
