Proposed Miscellaneous Industrial Adhesives Rulemaking in Texas

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality proposed on June 8 a new rulemaking for Miscellaneous Industrial Adhesives based on the U.S. EPA Control Technique Guidelines (CTG). A public hearing on the rulemaking was scheduled to take place in July. The proposal will apply to the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) and Houston/Galveston/Brazoria (HGB) ozone non-attainment areas. The anticipated adoption date for the rule is November 16, 2011, with an effective date of March 1, 2013.
