Quest Specialty Chemicals has announced that its sale was completed on March 21. New ownership has been passed on to the Audax Group and Moelis Capital Partners. According to the company, the acquisition strengthens the overall Quest platform which consists of its Quest Specialty Coatings and Quest Construction Products divisions. The coatings division includes Raabe Company, Foxcolor, Matrix System Automotive Finishes, Zolatone, and Custom Finishes. The construction products division is made up of United Coatings and HydroStop.
