U.S. Supreme Court to Hear Oral Arguments in AEP v. Connecticut

The U.S. Supreme Court is set to hear arguments on April 19 in the major public nuisance/climate change case in which ACA submitted an amicus brief. The case, AEP v. Connecticut, is an action originally brought by the state of Connecticut against major utilities claiming damages on behalf of the public allegedly due to their emissions' contribution to global warming.
