Shifting its strategic focus to its core coating and graphic arts resins markets, DSM Coating Resins has announced plans to realign the organization. As part of the plan, the company will merge its DSM Powder Coating Resins and DSM NeoRes-ins+ business units into a single business unit. The company hopes the move will improve its financial performance given the weak building and construction markets, especially in North America and Europe.
