Lightfastness of Pigments—M. Gottsegen, Chair, reported that there might be some problems with spectral values in lightfastness testing in ASTM D 4303, "Test Methods for Lightfastness of Pigments Used in Artists' Paints," for digital inks, but that it would not be much of an issue if there were a separate standard developed for digital inks. J. Chester discussed Mr. K. Scott's issue on relative humidity in ASTM D 4303. A motion to accept the revision to ASTM D 4303 on relative humidity proposed by Mr. Scott was not approved. Mr. Scott was asked to provide to Chairman M. Gottsegen a rationale and insertion point for his proposed revision. Physical Properties—W. Berthel, Chair. Ms. J.
