Dow Biocides Increases Glutaraldehyde Capacity

Dow Biocides,Buffalo Grove,IL,has announced plans to increase the production capacity in the U.S.of glutaraldehyde by approximately 60%.The capacity increase is expected to take effect by January 2009 at the company's glutaraldehyde facility in Institute,WV."Glutaraldehyde is a widely-known,versatile,and effective biocide used in formulations to protect against current or future microbial threats," says Mark Henning,general manager of Dow Biocides.
