ASIA-PACIFIC - In developments that would boost air traffic and demand for jet fuel, a third runway is planned at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) while the concept for Singapore’s proposed fifth terminal has been finalized. HKIA handled some 63 million travellers and 4.4 million tons of cargo last year.
