Idemitsu Technofine has developed,jointly with South Korean coating maker DaeHa ManTech," a high-transparency antistatic coating agent,brand-named EL-coat,that features a light transmittance rate of 90% and a surface resistance of 10~5 ohms/cm2 as minimn in levels.The Tokyo-based company says that EL-coat beginning to find acceptance among Japanese customers making optica1 film for use in flat-panel displays and other electronic devices.
