The 5th methanol expansion project of Saudi Methanol,also known as Ar-Razi,is well underway and will have the world's highest competi-tiveness when completed,said Abdullah K.Al-Buainain,president of Ar-Razi,during an interview with this paper.He expressed strong confidence in the Saudi Arabian company's prospects amid an intensely competitive business with the emergence of world-scale methanol plants with output capacities of over 1 mn t/y.
