Sanyo Chemical Industries has concluded with ATMI,a US semiconductor material-related maker (Connecticut),a licensing agreement concerning a post-CMP (chemical mechanical planarization) cleaning agent used in IC manufacturing.The firm has installed exclusive production facilities in Sanyo Chemical's Kyoto works;so far the firm has been importing the products from ATMI.
