The company's system has significant productivity advantages measured consistently when compared to sites running alternative fleet management systems and advantages over mines running less sophisticated systems. Productivity gains realised through the efficiency of an optimised haul truck and shovel fleet management system, which ensures trucks are always dispatched to the shovel of most need, improves productivity in several areas.
