The Netherlands will aim to develop cleaner coal plants in an effort to cut carbon emissions rather than expanding its nuclear energy industry.The Dutch Government will stick to its agreement to not build any more nuclear plants during its mandate,despite a recent report from a Dutch advisory body suggesting that the cabinet reconsider nuclear power in 2010.
