New compressor oils

Shell lubricants companies are revitalising its Corena range of high quality air compressor oils with the introduction of two new products. A new generation of the Corena S and AS will be available alongside the existing Corena P and AP lubricants. This means operators can choose from a full range of compressor oils to maximise performance in their rotary (screw or vane) and reciprocating (piston) compressors. The new Corena S and AS oils have been designed to have qualities that address the key problems that can affect compressor performance, so the lubricants boast: Better thermal stability to maintain compressor efficiency. Improved water shedding properties to maintain performance when oil is contaminated with water. Oxidation stability for improved service life.
