[USA] Mac Process and Schenck AccuRate merge to form Schenck Process North America Inc.

Schenck AccuRate, which supplies and manufactures weighing technologies and dry material feeders, and Mac Process, which supplies design/build pneumatic conveying and air filtration systems, have announced that they will join to form Schenck Process North America Inc. The move aims to consolidate the strengths of the two companies, which both form part of the Schenck Process Group, as well as providing customers with one source for products and services. The sales teams will be integrated to focus on light and heavy industry sectors, such as cement and building materials, lean processes and manufacturing.
