The latest developments in PGNA analysers leave us on the cusp of a new era where analysers are smaller, less expensive to purchase, easier to install, more reliable and easier to maintain than their byline PGNA predecessors. Innovations in factory and onsite calibration techniques have stream lined analyser start up, which means that their value as a process control tool is realised sooner. Most importantly, the per formance of these online analysers is approaching that of the older, more expensive byline PGNA systems. Over the next few years, as manufacturers continue to refine their products, we can expect onbelt PGNA analysers to be smaller, faster and more precise.
