The Polish Ministry of the Treasury,Economy and Finance has proposed a plan for restructuring the coal industry.A key facet of the plan is the privatisation of the coal extracting holding Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa (JSW) through the Warsaw Stock Exchange.JSW will float 30% of its equity and absorb the Przyjazn coking plant into its current holdings.The coal extracting company Katowicki Holding Weglowy (KHW) will further be offered to a strategic investor.
