摘要

Blue Circle Cement: FCT has carried out a process study and physical modelling of the (non-FCT) kiln burner and the cooler throat, kiln hood and kiln aerodynamics to determine the reason for poor refractory life and poor flame. The outcome was a re-design of the kiln burner and its operating conditions leading to improvements in refractory life and kiln stability.
