摘要

Nowadays, drives for reliability and cost reduction in space transportation encounter serious problems. The cost of launching a rocket to lower orbit is about USD10,000 per kg of payload of a man-made satellite. Also, in Japan, the development of the H-II A rocket with the planned implementation of cost reduction is underway. A reconsideration of the failure of the LE-7 engine used in the H-II rocket number 8 determined a higher demand for the reliability of rocket engines.
