Hitachi Adds E Series to RAC Lineup

In February, Hitachi Appliances released 6 models in the Stainless Clean White Bear E series of room air conditioners (2.2 - 5.0 kW) that feature an improved cleaning function through adoption of a stainless finish conducive to removing bacteria. The models have also cleared the energy saving standard for 2010 despite their compact bodies. Hitachi Appliances has also adopted a stainless finish for 6 models of the M series in the standard class. The adoption of the stainless finish for standard to high-class models has given the company's RAC lineup higher energy efficiency.
