摘要

We report the synthesis, H-1-NMR and C-13-NMR chemical shifts and J(H,H), J(H,F) and J(C,F) coupling constants (Hz) of several ethyl 3-amino-9-methylthieno[2,3-b]-4-quinolone-2-carboxylate derivatives, some of them with a moderate activity against in vitro non-enzymatic heme polymerization. They were characterized and assigned on the basis of H-1, C-13 and C-13-H-1 (short and long range) correlated spectra.
