摘要

The 1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid derivatives were obtained by reactions of 4-(4-methylbenzoyl)-5-(4-methylphenyl)furan-2,3-dione with 2,4-dinitrophenyhydrazine. So, new derivatives of 1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid which are potential biological active compounds, were synthesized for the first time. The structures of all new synthesized products were characterized by IR, H-, ~(13)C NMR, APT, and 2D NMR (HETCOR, COSY) spectroscopic data and elemental
