Feeding habit of adults of a tumbling flower beetle, Mordellina (Mordellina) hirayamai (KONO, 1933) is reported It is considered that the adults feed on conidia of an ascomycetous fungus, Melanographium citri (FRAGOSO et CIFERRI) M. B. ELLIS, that grows thickly on the surface of the dead drooping leaves of a palm, Arenga engleri BECC, on which Mo hirayamai lives.
