A New Species of the Genus Tachinus (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae, Tachyporinae) from Mt. Fanjing, Southwest China

A new species belonging to the subgenus Latotachinus of the genus Tachinus is described under the name of Tachinus (Latotachinus) fanjingesis, sp. nov. It was collected from Mt. Fanjing, Guizhou Province, Southwest China. The major characters are illustrated. A key to the Chinese species of the subgenus Latotachinus is provided.
