China to Step into the Energy-saving Era - New Energy Standard Passes Technical Examination

A new draft of the Chinese national standard, 'GB 12021.3-2009: the minimum allowable values of the energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for room air conditioners (RACs),' just passed a technical examination conference held by the National Technical Committee on Energy Fundamentals and Management of Standardization Administration of China on November 26 in Beijing.
