Stereoselective construction of four consecutive stereocenters using [2,3]-wittig rearrangement reaction

A diastereoselective construction of four consecutive stereocenters has been achieved using [2,3]-Wittig rearrangement reactions of oxazoline derivatives.Construction of consecutive stereocenters in an efficient and shortest possible way continues to remain as a fascinating problem among synthetic organic chemists.
