PYRIDAZINES,88.~1 ON THE ATTACK OF S-NUCLEOPHILES AT 3,6-DISUBSTITUTED N-METHYL-N-PHENYLPYRIDAZINE-4-CARBOX-AMIDE

摘要

Reactions of 3,6-dichloro-N-methyl-N-phenylpyridazine-4-carboxamide with S-nucleophiles (2-aminothiophenol,benzyl mercaptan)were studied,structural elucidation of the reaction products was achieved by means of X-Ray analysis and NMR experiments (NOE difference spectroscopy),respectively.
