摘要

A novel series of interesting Spiro cyclic 2-oxindole derivatives of N-(1H-pyrazol-5-yl)hexahydroquinoline derivatives were prepared via the versatile readily accessible cyclic beta-enaminones incorporating pyrazole. Antimicrobial evaluations were performed on the prepared compounds. Most of these compounds exhibited high to moderate antimicrobial activity.
