The 250th national meeting of the American Chemical Society (ACS) was held in Boston, Massachusetts. The meeting was expected to attract around 11,000 to 13,000 professionals, ranging from chemists, biochemists, chemical engineers to academics and students. This edition of the meeting had the theme of 'Innovation from Discovery to Application', and included various presentations on latest research advancements in synthetic strategies, technology and drug discovery in chemistry.
