21st CONFERENCE ON RETROVIRUSES AND OPPORTUNISTIC INFECTIONS (CROI 2014) BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, USA - MARCH 3-6, 2014

摘要

The 21st Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections (CROI) took place in Boston on March 3-6, 2014. A wide variety of important research in the field of HIV medicine and related disciplines was presented, including results from clinical trials of new antiretrovi-ral drugs which are in development, as well as results from studies exploring new strategies of antiretroviral therapy, such as maintenance regimens without the use of nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitors. The presentations of new anti-hepatitis C virus (HCV) therapies with high cure rates, short treatment duration and a favorable tox-icity profile were the highlight of CROI 2014.
