Considerable interest has recently been shown in the creation of functional materials based on one-dimensional ZnO nanostructures (rods, tubes, whiskers, etc.) and in the investigation of the physicochem-ical properties of such materials, which are used in various technologies [1, 2]. Such materials are more and more often produced using various "soft chemistry" methods, including a hydrothermal method [3,4].
