摘要

Nanoscale heterostructures with alternating feromagnet-antiferromagnet layers attract interest, because they are promising magnetic for new storage devices [1, 2]. These structures can be obtained with the use of the Fe-O binary system [3],because the FeO_(1+delta), Fe_3O_4, alpha-Fe_2O_3, and gamma-Fe_2O_3 oxides possess different types of magnetic ordering. Another important requirement on magnetic nanostructures is that their magnetized nanoparticles should be rigidly fixed in a matrix to prevent their migration and contacts under a magnetic field. In this connection, nanocomposites based on magnetic nanostructures in a diamagnetic matrix are of special interest.
