摘要

Lanthanide-doped yttria luminescent materials (in particular, doped with Eu~(3+)) are widely used as components of electron-beam tubes, field emission displays, and thin-film electroluminescent devices [1, 2]. Apart from high luminescence efficiency, these materials have high thermostability (T_m(Y2O3) = 2425°C) and chemical durability.
